First setting appointment was easy. Next Plumber who came listened well. Great feeling for a landlord who is an engineer and knows how things work.
When he was unable to do it from outside, suggested doing it from basement. Wallah!! 3 minutes later line was running.
Sent me pictures to my satisfaction, as soon as I paid sent me invoice with all the details.
I wish more companies have Plumbers who listen, rather than thinking and saying I know everything under the sun.
