Very good guy and professional. He couldn't fix the problem today, it seems like it is much deeper then a clog. He was very informative to steer us in the right direction.

Mike and his team came by my property as scheduled to fix a problem I had. They did the work was needed to be done. They cleaned up well and made sure everything was ok before they left. The team was professional and respectful. Overall I Will definitely use them in the future if I have any more plumbing problems.

Called in the morning and they were able to be out by mid afternoon. John and Mike both diagnosed the blockage fairly quickly and John was able use the snake and camera to clear the blockage. They were friendly, professional and informative in their work. Hopefully I dont have any plumbing issues for many years but when an issue arises I know who to call and I will be recommending them to any family and friends that experience plumbing issues.

I had 40 ft of collapsed drain pipe outside of my house resulting in water backing up into the basement through the drain whenever it rained. After contacting three different plumbers who either gave bad advice (dump a bag of concrete down there), a ridiculously high estimate, or didnt return phone calls I gave Drainmen a call. Mike answered right away and came out the next day. He provided an extremely fair estimate. He came back the following week with a mini-excavator and replaced the pipe all within a day. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional service. Highly recommended.

I recently moved into a new house and noticed the outdoor spigot was very old. While trying to remove the old spigot on my own, the copper pipe completely twisted off. Despite the challenge of working with minimal space in the drop panel ceiling, Mike was able to get the job done and put in a new frost free faucet. I always feel like I'm getting an honest response to the issues, the prices are good, communication is very good and they are starting a new membership next year that you can sign up for now. Called Drainmen on a referral from my daughter. Had a water leak in the basement looked like it was in the wall. Mike and one of his guys were here within 2 hours. Had to cut into the wall, turns out the line to the outside faucet had cracked fixed everything in about an hour. Including replacing the coupler to the faucet. Thank you for everything!

Had Mike come diagnose an issue with the garbage disposal, which ended up having to be replaced. He had a suitable part in his truck, from another job. Took care of it on the spot at 10 at night! Can't beat that! Didn't even charge me the emergency call charge! Thanks again Mike!

First setting appointment was easy. Next Plumber who came listened well. Great feeling for a landlord who is an engineer and knows how things work. When he was unable to do it from outside, suggested doing it from basement. Wallah!! 3 minutes later line was running. This was by far the best service we could have asked for! We found ourselves without water at 2 am and Mike and his team worked to figure out the problem and get it fixed as quickly as possible. The problem wasnt easy to find due to several faulty installation issues (not by this company) and they spent all weekend determined to find what was causing our lack of water from our well and the issues with our water pressure. We had a leaking bathtub faucet, and the tech gave us options. He wasn't out just to make a buck. He came to fix the issue long term and did an A+ job.

Drainmen Plumbing services is hands down the best plumbing service in the Norristown area. We moved in to our current home in the fall of 2020 and needed a plumber. Our first two experiences with other plumbing services recommended to us were not good. We finally tried Drainmen for a well issue and have been using them since. All the technicians have been knowledgeable, courteous and taken the time to explain the issues. The owner Mike has been out a couple of times as well and he is hands down the best. If you live in the East Norriton/Norristown area this is the company you want for your plumbing services.
